Road Map for your entry in Telecom:
Candidates passed out in year 2010 will come down to Teleman centres for enquiry.
Candidate will then produce photocopies of all certificates and submit 2 passport size photo and pay training fee.
Teleman will train candidates for 3 Months on Technical Skillset required for above mentioned job profile & Interview handling process.
Teleman will organize interview opportunity for TCWMP certified students in telecom industry.
Candidates will clear interview and join telecom Industry.
Selected Candidates, who are eligible & shortlisted by Reliance for Interview Process for the post of GTE / DTE , if they clear online test & HR Round in Reliance, they can expect below mentioned start salary package in Reliance:
Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE) :Up to 1.8 Lacs Per Annum
Diploma Trainee Engineer (DTE) : Up to 1.2 Lacs Per Annum
After successful completion of Graduate Trainee / Diploma Trainee Period in Reliance candidates will get reimbursement of their course fee from Reliance Communication.
Note: Candidates who do not qualify for Reliance will get assistance for job in other leading telecom companies as mentioned above.
