Verizon Network Manager – Must be proficient with Verizon Network Manager in
creating plans, NCR and setting up 800# features
Genesys CCpulse – should be proficient in setting up workspace and
reports using CCpulse

Understanding of call routing in a Genesys environment
Knowledge of SDLC. Lean IT preferred.
Experience developing healthcare applications
