Job Responsibilities:
Perform Automation Testing for assigned projects using QTP.
Develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate business requirements.
Document unit test plans; complete unit testing successfully and bug tracking.
Develop a regression testing framework for upgrades and automate regression test cases.
Guiding, training, instructing and assisting others on a variety of technical issues.
Ensure timely project deliveries as per release plan.
Take & implement initiatives for test process improvements and quality of work.
Participate in meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings.
Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes.
