      preliminary screening within 3 days and interviews will be scheduled within 2 days post screening (depending upon the panel and
      candidates availability).
      Candidates not matching the specified criteria will not be considered for interview process.

   Please Note

      As per process we will not be able to process your referrals profile further if they have been interviewed by IBM in the last 3
      months
      Please ask your referral to mention your name & id clearly in the form given at the venue or attached in this email. Candidates
