Experience required for the Job: 2 - 5 years
Job Location: Hyderabad
Job Title: Senior Recruiter (Female)
Qualification: Any Graduate/Any PG or Diploma,
Experience: 2-5 yrs in Recruitment
Job Description:
Understanding the company requirements and sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals and internal database.
Short-listing & scheduling the candidates depending on the requirements
Doing initial telephonic screening of the candidates and scheduling their interview, taking their preliminary rounds of interview.
Scheduling interviews by coordinating with both the interview panel and the candidates.
Understanding the niche requirements from all business units.
Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed.
Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
PC proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel and Internet Search.
