Customer Service Executive

* Report to the Team Lead / CSM.
* Resolve customer queries and issues.
* Ensure quality of services delivered.
* Escalate customer issues for quick resolution.
* Crowd / Queue Management
* No Calling
* Back office Job

Note: Monday to Friday Working
