Job Description:
• Preparation of Purchase Orders, Service Orders, Preparation of Advance requirements and amending the orders with respect to customer requirements.
• Update the purchase orders and service orders into SAP.
• Distribution & maintaining records of cheque payment which are made to vendors.
• Needs to document project documents as per the ISO guidelines.
Good knowledge in MS Excel, Experience of data entry in SAP or any other business application (ERP).
